Monaco companies : Go to China !

Some Monaco managers flew to China with great success in participating to the 7th edition CIIE - China International Import Expo -, in the great Shanghaï Convention Center from November 5th to 10th 2024.

Upon Monaco Embassy to China, with the huge support of the Monaco Economic Board and the Asian Bureau of the  Monaco Tourist Office,  17 Monaco companies interested in opening or reinforce their Chinese business and more globally the Asian market, took part to the Monaco Pavillon, among all the others National Pavillons of this unique international fair.

The exhibitors demonstrated their products and services to the Chinese professionals, showing their Monaco excellence savoir-faire in various business areas such as tourism, sport, engineering, cosmetics, para drugstore /pharmacy, jewellery, foods or also education and environment.

The Monaco Pavillon was very honoured to welcome the Monaco Consulate to Shanghai, Mrs Hsu Feng, who was very keen to exchange with all different participants about the specificities of the Chinese market.

This 2024 edition showed surprisingly a 2% increase of participants compared to 2023, demonstrating the booming Chinese activity to both import and export , even if the international market trends are not so optimistic because of the post-Covid 19 effects.

  • More than 250 commercial cooperation agreements for about 9,4 billion  USD
